This product was easy to install. I only had to cut one hole on the back of my stainless-steel sink and connect the line as per the instructions. I already had an outlet under the sink, so power was not an issue. We have found this to be a time saving and valuable alternative to buy water. I did buy an extra RO filter with my purchase, however I haven't needed to replace it yet and the filter keeps track of the RO and regular filter life. The standard filter uses up it's life at a higher rate than the RO filter does, but even though it's been many months, I haven't had to replace either of them yet. Definitely worth the expenses!

I ordered this system knowing I needed another penetration in my sink toaoe it work. I have a faucet and a garbage disposal button occupying the existing sink penetrations. After purchasing a 1" cobalt drill bit and spending about an hour drilling through my cast iron sink I was ready to go.Install was super easy with just a couple of missing directions.-In the package there is a check valve with now indication where to use it. This is to be installed on the blue 1/4" drain tube so the waste water doesn't flow back to the unit. Cut the blue tube with the included cutting tool and click the tube into both sides of the check valve connector. There is an arrow on the side that tells you the direction of water flow. Make sure the arrow points away from the unit. Super easy to do but without any directions it could be confusing.-The directions don't tell you how to release the inserts or hoses from the grey compression connections should you need to remove them. It's pretty simple once you know. Just press the grey ring down then pull on the tube and it will come right out.The install took less than 20 minutes (not counting the additional sink hole I had to create) and the water is exceptional. I am very satisfied with this product!

The instructions are vague and are not complete. Once it was completely installed, it did not work. Occasionally it would turn on and a quart or so of reverse osmosis water could be used but the unit would shut itself off. Due to Amazons return policy ( I could not exchange the unit, only return it ), I had to disassemble the system, pack it back in the box and send it back via UPS. I ordered a second unit thinking surely it would not be defective but guess what? Same issues.

My husband and I are thrilled with our new water filter system. The water tastes fantastic and it is reassuring to know that all impurities have been removed via reverse osmosis, which I understand to be the most thorough means of removing impurities.

Agua purificada… se siente la diferencia solo a tomar de ella, la instalación no es sencilla ni muy clara, algo complicado. La depuración no es constante, a lo del nivel, pero por lo general es buena compra.

Incredible product, works like a charm. RO system is super quiet when it runs. Sleek design allows for fitting in small cabinet space.The install instructions are pretty vague, also came missing the coupling the ties waste water line into the drain. Had to run to home depot to buy parts to finish assembly.

I had absolutely no idea it was possible to install an over the counter water system until my friend told me about Brios! This has absolutely changed my family’s life. Our fridge doesn’t have a water system so we had to keep buying water bottles but no more! It was super easy to install, our plumber took care of everything for us and now we have fresh filtered water always!
