Exactly what I was looking for! I don't find it too hard to sip from, and it makes city water taste less "chemically." Used it with my 32 oz Hydro Flask

I've been using Epic filter for a couple of years and let me tell you, they work. Ive used just about every water source and the water is always clean and drinkable. This package was pricing but well worth it. The lids are super durable and easy to use.

The tap water in Florida doesn’t taste so great so I got this hoping to improve the hard water taste. I’m happy to report it works in my Owala FreeSip Twist bottles! The installation was easy and the water tastes filtered with no lingering after taste. It’s comes with a bunch of straws, two filters (one for all types of water and one only for use with tap water), two large mouth bottle straw lids, and a tube that attaches the filter to the straw and sits at the bottom of the bottle to filter water. Drawing water through the straw is similarly restrictive to other straw-like filters like Lifestraw, but you get used to it. The two additional straw lids fit my Hydroflask Trail and regular wide mouth bottles easily and with no leaks. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase but wish it were cheaper. I look forward to bringing my new filter bottle on trips abroad.

I love this filter for the airport and traveling with my ironflask water bottle. I can definitely tell it filters well because the water from the airport water fountain tastes a whole lot better! My only complaint is that it takes quite a bit of force from my lips to sip through the straw. It gets quite tiresome after a while. That is why I do not use it regularly. Only for traveling.

When I bought this filter I mistakenly bought the filter for the 32 oz hydro flask instead of the 40 oz. The only difference between the two is the length of the straw. I only realized my mistake once the filter arrived. I emailed the company about my issue and they quickly replied and sent me a longer straw to match the size of my 40 oz bottle as well as a really nice sticker, free of charge. I was really impressed with their customer service. The filter is just as great. They work perfectly and the straw and filter are easily detachable so you can clean them easily but they won't come apart when you are out and about using it. The water at my university tastes a lot like metal but once I began using my water bottle with the filter the metallic taste is no longer there and the water actually tastes good now. The caps that come with the filter also work really good and are better made than the name brand hydro flask sports cap as I have one and these have a rubber cover on the bite valve making it more comfortable to drink water than with the hydro flask cap. Also when drinking water you can barely even tell you are using a filter. In all I am very happy with this product and will continue to purchase the filter replacements once these run out.

Fits the wide mouth Hydro Flask without any fuss, and the filtration does what it claims — water tastes clean, no issues there. It's just never stopped feeling like a compromise. Nothing about it felt like an upgrade, more like a workaround. Functional, but every time I used it I was aware I was using it, if that makes sense. Would I buy it again? Probably not. But I didn't regret the purchase either. It's firmly in the middle — does the job, doesn't do it in a way that makes you want to tell people about it.

First, I have tried two other companies that use filters in a bottle to eliminate forever chemicals and such. This product works great with one of my random bottles, but I need to highlight how easy it is to use and the straw system works as it should. Clearly filtered also has a similar system (not sure who started this system1st) but please understand that it does work. You DO have to pull from the straw harder and manipulate the mouthpiece to create a good seal in your mouth so no air accompanies your water. The air getting into your mouth happens a lot if you don’t do what I mentioned. LARQ is also another company I tried and while it’s better than this system in a few ways, LARQ has some weaknesses you can consider. The LARQ has technology that beats both of these. However, it’s more expensive and you have to charge the top mount piece. There is also no cover for the USB-C charging area. If water to get in the charging socket, would it last? Anywho, I am running with this company to filter my water bottles. It’s reasonably priced and so far is doing what it says the product should do.

I bought this kit for planned work trips to the Middle East and Northern Africa. I was a bit skeptical of the ability to use a filter in third world countries and not get some type of stomach issues. I’m definitely a believer in this product now! I have used the Everywhere filter and had zero health issues. It was well worth the money and I will continue to keep these filters on hand for future travel. I use the other filter on a daily basis to assist with filtering out additional contaminants while at home. It does its job and I’m comfortable filling my bottle from any public sink or fountain. This kit is a great purchase and I highly recommend it!

This is the second order I have to place with this. The quality is solid, and it even comes with two caps. The only issue is, the first time I ordered it, I got a opened boxed one, which is not good for things like water filters...
