Can you disable the voice control? After google admitted they record everything and let engineers hear the conversations, I dont want it in my home.

Google Assistant is off by default, you have to set it up to get the voice control working.

Onkyo website list dimensions as (w x h x d) 17 1/8˝ x 6 5/16˝ x 12 15/16˝ however, on amazon the depth is listed as 15.75 inches. which is correct?

The Onkyo dimensions are correct. I just measured and the depth of the case is only 11-1/2", but add a little extra for the plugs.

How to factory reset ? No sound coming out multiple speaker configured

Go to settings on the remote and do another setup. I believe the factory reset option is there also. If not the owner's manual is online on the Onkyo website. Good luck!
