Carefully grind both sides while continually checking on a piece of chain for a loose fit. This low tech solution that has worked very well for me. Also, the sprocket is only heat treated/hardened on the surface of the teeth and this ruins the hardness, but still the sprocket seems to last quite a while with somewhat normal use. I've searched for 3/32 width and is very hard to find one even CLOSE to a reasonable price.
