I received this and it's very cute but the lid to it doesn't make a seal so I don't trust using it especially worth a hot drink and it spill all over me. The lid barely fits and is very loose. Waste of money

It’s really pretty but it’s for cold liquids only!! Maybe we missed that I’m the fine print but a travel mug in this style tends to be for coffee.

For $7 more, I could've gotten a thermos brand mug. While not expecting much, I was still disappointed. Realized too late, the bottom label says "cold drinks only." Well, a hot drink causes moisture to appear in between the outer clear plastic and inner metal walls where the paper picture of jigglypuff sits. The mug is basically garbage at this point, as even removing the damages pic doesn't make it worth saving. I'm not blameless, hot drink was put in it. But... it's a coffee mug people. Save your $12 for a better mug.

It's a pretty mug, but who uses a travel COFFEE MUG for COLD DRINKS ONLY?!To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I intended to use this mug for my coffee, but now it looks like I have a display piece.Only reason I give it a start at all is because the picture is cute.

The lid falls off very easy when tipping which makes the cup pretty pointless.

It's only good for a paper weight. Lid is not secure, comes off easy. Sent it back immediately.
