Don't Believe It- They Do Not Fit The 2-Door JK!
I purchased these Trail Corners based on the reviews. I too had contacted Poison Spyder about the 4-door product fitting the 2-door JK. PS responded that they will fit, but they will not fully cover the metal as they approach the tailgate, and they cannot recommend them nor warranty them, because they are improper for the 2-door and the fit does not meet their standards. I saw the Amazon reviews and I saw the posted picture of the product on the 2-door and thought HA!, they do fit! So I went ahead and ordered them. The product themselves are very heavy and no doubt they would provide excellent protection should they make adverse contact. They were well packaged and included everything needed to do the installation, even a primitive rivet tool. I was SO disappointed when I matched them up to my rear corners. The fitment around the fuel opening is appropriate, but it was obvious that were not going to give full coverage, just as Poison Spyder had claimed. If you are okay with an almost 1/4" strip of unprotected metal lining both sides of your tailgate, then go for it! Other than that, I'm sure they will rivet up just fine and provide ample protection for your Jeep. But if I'm going to have to drill away sheet metal from my body, I personally want something that is absolutely going to fit. Mind you, if you grind away the holes to fit the PS Trail Corners, they will be in a different position for other manufacturers- so if you buy WP corners later because the PS corner fitment bother you, you'll have to grind more holes, sacrificing more metal, hence less structure. The seller was very good about accepting my return, so no harm, no foul. But save yourself the headache and just find the correct product for your vehicle.

Very Nice, but....
Like all things Poison Spyder, these are high quality, perfect fit and finish and a snap to install. My only issues is that one of the two, (passenger side) was bent coming out of the box. No problem, I just straitened it and installed it. The other thing all buyers should be aware of, is that if you are installing flush LED lights, you are expected to cut a pinch weld on the drivers side of the vehicle. Here's the deal, the engineers that design your JK are much smarter than the guys that designed these corner guards. That weld is structural and must be there. I simply re-welded after cutting the holes and regained structural integrity. If you cannot do this, have someone do it for you. You will be much happier in the long run.

Ronald Reagan supports this product
If your middle name is Poison, like mine is, these things were just meant to be on your JK. Solid American steel construction, coupled with paint made from the ashes of Pompeii, these things are built to last. I'm pretty sure if Reagan ever owned a Jeep JK he'd be sportin' these bad boys.P.S. Installation is only meant for those who live for God and Country.
