It did help with sleep. I’m really sad it upset my stomach with cramps, etc. because it’s the only thing that’s helped me sleep so far :(. I don’t have a sensitive stomach, but I guess these are too much for me.

It is a really good supplement and does what it is supposed to do. It is the only form of Magnesium Gycinate that I trust!!
