How many strips can you connect on the same power adapter and how many amperes do you need if you want to connect strip that's 32feet

Hello , this led strip is DC5V.As for 32 feet , you can use just one DC5V40A power adapter theoretically , but there is a problem .the LEDs at the far end of the strip might be dimmer because of the added resistance and voltage drop that occurs as the current flows to that end of the strip. So I suggest that you can use two DC5V20A power adapter , one of the power adapter supply power from the head of 32 feet led strip, the other one power adapter supply power from the end of 32 feet led strip.

Can I use a 12-24v controller if i put a power regulator in between the voltage out from the controller and the led strip?

No , it can't do that . the led strip must be DC5V, If you use 12V-24V power , the led will burn. Is this considered a 3 pin led strip?

Yes, if you look at the images you can see there are 3 different connection points on the strip, and the description indicates a 3 Pin JST connection.
