Appears to be accurate
It seems to be accurate for meat temperature. It seems to be more confusing than necessary to set and adjust. Spend some time and read the incredibly small instructions and you can figure it out.

Don't lose the directions
Works great up until the battey goes dead & you lose the directions and you can't reprogram it. Impossible to figure out on your own. 3 different people have tried with no luck. Now it sits in a closet gathering dust. Don't waste your money on it.

Temp. accuracy of oven probe verified by placing in ice water. 32 deg. F displayed.
I used the oven probe to determine accuracy of my oven thermostat setting. Upper oven was 55 deg low as suspected. Lower oven was accurate. No more undercooked food. I used the meat probe on my outdoor grill and found it very useful to observe the cooking temp. from inside the house. However the suggested temp. for medium rare beef was about 10 deg. high for my taste. I am satisfied with my purchase.

J'ai utilisé ce produit pour la cuisson de poulet. Ainsi que pour la confection d'un glaçage a gâteau. La tempérarure me parait assez précise. Par contre, un peu difficile a comprendre au début et un peu long a programmer. Pas beaucoup d'explications dans la boite.

Oven temperature Accuracy more important.
The accuracy of reading oven temperature was questionable usually about 50 degrees higher with a lot of fluctuations.
