The media could not be loaded. It gets hot! Easy setup and true to heating @ 2-3° per hr. Filled it up with tap water and temp was 56°, shy of 24 hrs later it was at 104°. Bubbles are nice and act like jets, if you lean your back against the wall get a soft massage feel. Bit noisy with the bubbles, wish there was a way to adjust the air flow to quiet it up a bit. At night the LED light is cool. Turned off the gazebo lights and just left the spa LED on and it was pretty sweet, especially with a clear night and all the stars in the sky!Buy it, you won't regret it! I did buy the Intex seats as well and they are great. He foam headrests it came with are perfection! I'm 5'10" and when I have the bubbles on like I said its noisy, so having the seat lifts me up a few inches so my head is well above the tub and that tones down the noise to my ears. As far as leg room there is plenty to sprawl out and stretch real good!

2nd UPDATE:Seller offered a full refund or a new one. So they sent me a new one, it a arrived and all looks good. Even when products are sold with missing parts, not working properly , etc., as long as the seller makes it right, that’s all anyone can ask for! 👍🏼UPDATE:The seller responded quickly. My options were to send it back and they would send me out a new one, or they will send me the missing part and instruction manual, which is the option I choose since this was a gift for my husband, they even offered me a discount for my inconvenience. Using it less than 4 days and it’s already showing an error code E90, which is a water flow issue. And I notice it seems to be wet consistently in one spot on the ground under the hot tub, even though it hasn’t been used for many hours and everywhere else is dry.The package arrived within 24 hours, which was impressive. However the box came damaged, and missing instructions and tube for inflating the actual hot tub. It looks like a specific part is needed to put air in it. I bought this as a surprised gift, I planned to have it set up and now I can’t use it until the part is sent to me. I have contacted seller. 2 stars for a quick delivery.

As soon as we received this product we set it up and it would not hold air, it leaks slowly and we have tried to troubleshoot the problem to no avail. We currently have to add air to this inflatable hot tub every six hours to keep it from deflating and dumping water all over our back patio. This is obviously not sustainable if we want to go anywhere even for an overnight trip. Attempting to contact the seller seems to be a very convoluted and difficult process. I would not recommend this product and if you choose to buy it I would recommend buying it elsewhere where it is easier to return or get product support. I am hoping that the seller will respond to my requests for assistance since I can’t even find a good contact number or email. If I do hear from them, I will update my review accordingly!

So I ordered this item, and the seller sent the item via FedEx… However, sometime in transport FedEx “lost“ the shipment, so it was delayed a few times… I contacted the seller explained that I was a victim of a phishing scam on Amazon earlier and they sent out a brand new one which came within a few days. During that time, the seller did keep in touch with me via Amazon, so I do appreciate that the customer service was very good… now onto the tub: I replaced An Intex Simple spa with this pure spa deluxe. The differences in the tub are this: The width of the tub is still the same (77inches wide) However, the depth is 2 inches deep deeper. The wall construction, I feel is a little bit better and more heavy duty. Other than that, the deluxe part is in: , the bubble heat control system, and the energy efficient cover. The Really nice headrest, And the control system itself.. (I haven’t gotten in the tub yet, but I bought partially because of the description “high powered bubble jets” So I will have to see if those are any more noticeable than the simple spa). One thing that I was really looking for during all of my searching for the perfect tub was if any of the manufacturers made one where the Air for the bubbles comes out hot . (It’s nice to be in a nice warm bubble tub but as soon as you turn those bubbles on the water temperature degrades about 1° or two for every half an hour basically). Only one manufacturer makes that and I can’t even remember who. (Would be a great service if INTEX could figure out a way to heat the air in those bubbles). Now for the deluxe cover.. It really is deluxe. It’s very heavy duty and I’m sure it’s going to keep the heat in my tub when I’m not using it. HOWEVER…. I did something really stupid… I didn’t read the directions for the cover! I just assumed you inflated The cover. Well, you inflate the bladder that it comes with But do not inflate the cover. What I did was blow all of the insulation foam That is manufactured into the top of the cover , off to one side and now it looks like the hunchback of Notre Dame. I may purchase a new one from the company, but I’m not sure if it would be worth it at this point. It just depends on the cost of a new deluxe cover… otherwise I’ll DIY something. Because I already voided the warranty by trying to inflate .In summary I give 4 stars because CUST SERVICE was very good , tub is sturdy and easy to assemble, but I haven’t used it yet so I’ll reserve that extra star.

This hot tub is great. Works as designed. The app for it works perfectly. Wife is happy and relaxed. easy to set up and use. great product

Ben over a month no Intex warranted control head . Amazon mighght want to reveiw their sellers . Received IPAD one week prior it had no sim card tray. Amazon was great in beginning seems to be sliding . At least Amazon did return funds and said this company has issues.

Seemed like a good product until we had issues with the tub leaking air. Filed a warranty claim with Intex in late November. Seemed to be good until it came time to ship us the replacement tub. None in stock and still waiting on the 9th of February. No ETA on a replacement and no refund because we didn't buy it from them directly. I'd suggest staying away from this stuff.

awesome tub! bubbles are strong and relaxing! the only thing i don't like about the tub is that it takes forever to heat up! from 90 degrees to 104 degrees takes almost the whole day?? have sent back tub direct to spreetail....cost me $600 to ship to spreetail!! hope i get my refund soon. thx

WE've only had this tub for a couple of weeks but it works well for our needs. Comfortable, easy to install and the wifi and app connection is really helpful. The temps do go down if you put the jets on but we don't find the actual blower too noisy as the bubbles themselves make more noise. Good buy for milder climates, don't think the tub would stay hot enough if you dip much below 0 C. good addition to the yard playground.

The cover is easy to use.The tub is nice and is 2"deeper then other tubs.

J'adore le spa et il fonctionne bien. Par contre la hausse thermique a commencé à se déchirer après 3 semaines d'utilisation. Jamais de réponse du vendeur après plusieurs tentatives. Très décevant !
