Does this contain 1,4 dioxin?

While I can be 100% sure, a quick internet search pretty much confirms it most likely does. From what I'm reading if you want it without the dioxin you'll have to go with a more expensive, and greener brand such Mrs. Meyers.

Can you take the pods out of the bag and put the pods in a empty tide container

You can do whatever you want with the pods which includes putting them in any container of your desire.
