The A26 scale is heavy, no batteries needed.Dial is kind of small for old people, and getting my size 9 feet on the scale just sort of works. Good news is they are in the same place everytime.I calibrated the scale with two 10 pound weights. Set it to zero.We went to the doctors office, and I weighed 232, and my friend 112.We came home, not eating anything and got on the scale.We weighed 222 and 102 on our scale.I've recalibrated the scale, so it's zero is set at about 10 pounds. This gives us weights consistent with the doctor, and gym scales, and correct with the two 10 pound weights.The dial is kind of small for old people. Need your glasses to really see the weight.UPDATE:Customer service sent us a new scale. A23. It's bigger, easier to read, easier to get big feet on, and does not require a 10 zero adjustment to be accurate. It isn't advertized as being medically accurate, but it is.Thank You Adamson, and Merry Christmas!!

1.) Surface area is too small for both feet to fit on the scale.2.) Numerals cannot be read because scales goes from 0 to 360 pounds. Numerals are tiny.3.) Scale was off by 10lbs. compared to same day weigh-in at doctor's office.4.) I have never had to return a product to Amazon, but the scale is going back.

This is a great scale. Very simple to use and requires no batteries. It appears to also be very accurate and doesn't require much adjustment to keep holding zero. The design is also easy to read with relatively large numbers on the dial.

I am a women’s size 11. It is painful to try and get my feet on the scale. I was hoping the raised part would be higher. I have to jam my feet as hard as I can against the metal to barely get them on the scale. Otherwise amazing scale! Love the look, the durability, the sturdiness, and accuracy. Would just appreciate it being built for larger feet.

I never in my life thought I’d be writing a review for a scale.This one however? Sucks. It MUST be broken. It stays at the same godawful number every single day, without change.I will also be writing a terrible review about salads.

The scale weighs accurately. It matches the same weight as my weight on my doctors scale in his office.The only con is that the space to stand on is narrow for my feet but it still gives an accurate weightìñ, so in this regard its the best scale I have ever had. I found the scale is heavy but since its meant to set conveniently in one place I won't need to be picking it up.

Right out of the box this scale was sturdy. At first sight were the large clear numbers. We had to squint to read our old scale. It is very easy to set for accuracy. This is a real nice scale. I highly recommend the Adamson A26 scales.

The plastic viewing of the dial has faded and became hard to read ! I need a replacement besides this the scale started to rust I bought this because I thought I would get quality being expensive! I was wrong should have just bought a cheap one.

Tut was sie soll; nämlich das Gewicht zeigen. Hier ist das Schöne die Einfachheit, in einer Welt, in der alles komplexer wird. Optisch sehr ansprechend, wie ich finde und qualitativ hochwertig! Und der Service ist außergewöhnlich. Bei der ersten Waage ist die Scheibe der Analoganzeige leicht beschädigt gewesen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support des Herstellers habe ich sofort eine neue Waage erhalten und die erste Waage durfte ich zudem auch noch behalten; wo gibt es in der heutigen Zeit noch so einen Service. Unschlagbar, wie ich finde!!!!!

La bilancia è arrivata con una pellicola sullo schermo del peso che lo ha lasciato opacizzato!Ho dovuto faticare per renderlo nuovamente trasparente!!!Tutto sommato a parte questo inconveniente è un buon prodotto! Nulla di eccezionale ma fa bene il suo lavoro.
