Stretch the case not the truth
This is tight for an iPhone 8.I was concerned the magnetic closer would not engage.I use this with My hard shell case.I put the phone and case in but it was very tight. I decided to use a spare hard case and and wedge chop sticks down each side.The chop sticks stretched the case enough to allow free movement of the phone and case in and out.I really like this case now.
