The plastic is very cheap. Personally I have a hard time assembling the different ways it can be used. I broke one of my finger nails off trying to change out the parts.

These equipment are nice and convenient for me to workout at home and they are easy to assemble with different ways so I can workout for different parts like abs, arms, and feet. I don’t need other people to help me to assemble but for myself. And the color is so cute!! I would recommend for girls and women to try this!

Most water bottles are too small to fit.. The set looks pretty but it very cheaply designed.Pay more for a better product..

Hard to use, not very high quality

There are a nice variety of workout options in this set, such as resistance band with handles, pushup bars, sliders with knee pads, and dumbbells with handles. I like that this comes with a handy drawstring backpack to hold everything, including all the exercise equipment and the instruction book, headband, and knee pads., which makes it easy to store and use at home or bring along in a suitcase or bag. There is also room for two plastic water bottles for weights. I love the pink color. This all comes in a nice product box, perfect for gifting. Nice value.

Ye no I don't like it already and I really thought I would for the simple fact that it is 14 in 1 ... Should've read more of the reviews cause this ain't it. Don't let the pretty colours fool you.
