These pads are my go to. I have tried lots of different styles in the past and these are my favorite. They are soft and comfortable. If you don’t wear flip flops much it may take a little to get used to the straps around your toes, but not long! Then you won’t even notice this. I have a job where I’m stepping down from a platform and I use these to cushion the repeated landing!

If you suffer from metatarsal (ball of foot) pain, you need to buy these. I've tried the fabric ones but the fabric and seams bunched up between the toes was awful. Seriously, you don't even feel these on your feet. From the very first time I stood on the floor with these gel pads in place, I was sold.I was born with ankle pronation in both feet and the medication Topamax damaged the nerves in my feet. I used to cry from the pain as I could only stand for a couple hours and then I was ruined for the day and in excruciating pain. I wear orthotics for the pronation and now I have found these incredible metatarsal gel foot pads that I will never be without.If you have pain in the balls of your feet, GET THESE GEL PADS. I highly recommend them. 💯%. You will not regret your purchase.

It does not adhere to foot
First, it took such a long time to arrive to me. It went right through my city to Charleston, SC and I finally received it.The idea of it is good, but it does not adhere to the foot. It wads up when you put your shoe on and while walking.

If you wear with sandals/flip flops they tend to slide or roll off.
Adhesion is poor when wearing sandals or flip flops.

I have been dealing with pain in my left foot in the metatarsal area for quite some time. I have tried other gel pads that roll up in a ball, or don’t work very well. These are great and I can do my fast 3 mile walk without all the discomfort that I was having before getting these. They secure in place because you can wrap it around one of your toes, and there is no discomfort with that.. I highly recommend these, you won’t be disappointed!

Le ho utilizzate in un sandalo aperto dalla pianta liscia. Il piede restava fermo e anche confortevole

they work
They worked as well as the stick on pads to eradicate foot pain after a big operation, but they move and end up strangling your toes if you don't take your sock and shoe off and reposition them.....not always possible.

Sollevano L arcata plantare azione cuscinetto tra il piede e la suola non si spostano senti meno la stanchezza ai piedi. Per me che amo il ballo tra lezioni e serate mi hanno risolto il problema del mal di piedi!!!!
