Several pieces were missing when received

I wish I would've taken a photo, the pens were a hit as a grad gift for my eighth graders, but the way it was packaged was horrible! When I opened the bag, majority of the magnetic pieces were out of the box and one of the gift boxes was damaged. The package handler needs to rubberband the boxes so the contents don't fall out. It took a long time repackaging the pieces! Other than that the students loved them.
