Immediately began getting messages from Brynn with install instructions and what to look for when checking for issues. Had an issue with the backup camera not triggering and Brynn immediately offered a solution, me being a little impatient not wanting to wait for a replacement… I started to trouble shoot and found an issue with the 12-6v voltage reducer for the camera. Instead of waiting for a new harness, I soldered in a replacement and everything worked as designed. I reached out to let Brynn know I had found and solved the issue, Brynn immediately issued a partial refund to cover the cost of the replacement part. No product or company is perfect, but the way they handle mishaps says a lot.
