5 Star for getting my JBL speakers to work on my 2010 rav4. I had to do a lot of setting fiddling in my head unit to get everything working properly but this does retain steering wheel controls and audio which is all I needed. Customer service responded same day and was willing to work with me to find solutions. I could not get any of the other car functions to work but they are unnecessary

Viabecs canbus harness works great! It's a pretty straight forward setup and you may not use all the plugs. This simple soft canbus does not need the extra (white) 8 prong plug that other ones have. Thanks!

Ordered the can005x harness to assist with an android radio install in my tundra as it was the only one I found that had all the correct connectors for my vehicle. Immediately began getting messages from Brynn with install instructions and what to look for when checking for issues. Had an issue with the backup camera not triggering and Brynn immediately offered a solution, me being a little impatient not wanting to wait for a replacement… I started to trouble shoot and found an issue with the 12-6v voltage reducer for the camera. Instead of waiting for a new harness, I soldered in a replacement and everything worked as designed. I reached out to let Brynn know I had found and solved the issue, Brynn immediately issued a partial refund to cover the cost of the replacement part. No product or company is perfect, but the way they handle mishaps says a lot. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase anything from this seller in the future knowing that they stand behind their products.

The harness worked great for my 2009 toyota highlander!! I run into some trouble figuring out how to wire the factory backup camera. I sent them a quick email and received several options on how to connect it including giving me options for other easier adapters. Sent me diagrams on how to connect their harness to the other adapter. Would highly recommend and great customer service!!
