This was delivered super fast. The quality is amazing. I thought this was going to be some plastic chrome looking peice but it is not. It is of great quallity. The shower head is a little smaller than I thought but it is very nice. I hope my customer like it as much as I do.

Very nice sturdy shower/rain head. Gives an excellent flow of water. Simple, classy, makes a statement for this guest bathroom. Only thing that's slightly annoying, is the logo POP on the handle. Although it's slight, it's right there. Otherwise, nice modern product.

Will update if customer service can get apiece to me that will fit over the threads.Put it all together without it and they wanted a picture so I had to take it apart.Part arrived and installed easily!What i really love about the faucet is that I can adjust the amount of water flow! It is also beautiful. Never dreamed I'd really like the waterfall shower head but it is so very nice!I will order from them again when we get to the other bathroom remodel.

I love the end product. Nice functionality and a very nice and even shower head. Installation is difficult. Do not use Teflon tape for your fittings into the valve. It will leak. Use T+2. The fittings that come on both the shower head and the spray handle that you screw into your female fittings behind the tile are too short. Once you put hardi and the tile, you can only get a couple turns at best. I used an extension and had to cut it down so it wouldn't be too far out.

Too many parts if you only need the head did no0t need the goose neck, the cover, or anything else they sent. Only needed the head very easy to installe and does a great job.

Is this an inexpensive Chinese faucet with Chinglish phrases on the box? Yes. My plumber literally laughed when he saw the phrase "sanitaryware".That said, the quality is not bad at all, and we are very happy with the longevity, looks, and controls. Our main reason for the purchase was the controls -- for some reason, most "good" brands don't make this once-ubiquitous type of handle anymore. It makes it very easy to simultaneously adjust flow and temperature. Other brands only seem to offer the newer twist-type controls, which I hate. Definitely would purchase again.

Valve defected in less than two years and was leaking in wall. Couldn’t tell until it started to show water and mold stain. Spend the money get a brand you can count on without worrying. Recommend Moen.

right from the start, the product was awesome. the box the parts arrived in were all neatly organized and well packaged. instructions for the installation was straightforward and detailed enough. the design is modern which i definitely like.shower head provides good pressure.the only issue i had was with the installation of the valve plate. there is a rubber bushing that i presume is to keep you from cutting yourself on the not sharp edge (there really wasnt a need for it at all), but it might have been for waterproofing between the valve body and the valve plate, but it didnt fit... there was a plastic piece that covered the valve body (for protection during installation and shipping i'd imagine), that i kept on the valve body to center the valve plate. once the plate was siliconed to my wall, i removed the protective cover from valve body, removed the rubber grommet/bushing from the plate and put silicone around the gap between valve body and plate. worked out well!long story short/tldr: would recommend.

I can admit that we were a bit hesitant to purchase this item after there were no reviews to read over, but surprisingly enough this is AWESOME! My husband installed it in just a couple of hours, and it looks and works fantastic! The water pressure that comes out of the shower head is crazy! If you want more of a rain-fall type feel, then you could always purchase a longer arm extension for the shower head. Also, it doesn't come with the valve for plumbing. You have to buy that separately.

Although this product has a 5 year old warranty, after the Amazon return period is closed, there is no way to contact the vendor.My issue is that the handheld « 3 function spray shower head » worked for approx 1 month. Water still runs through but you can no longer change the settings and it is stuck on a low pressure.Additionally the valve trim kit is flaking. The black paint is coming off from wear of fingers when adjusting the water valve (from rainfall to handheld).Otherwise, the installation was easy, there are no leaks and the product looks good.I would like a replacement trim kit that will not flake or scratch and a replacement handheld that has adjustment settings that work or one with no adjustments but strong pressure. If these replacements are not possible, I would like a refund or Amazon credit.Thanks

Nice clean and simple lines. Packaged beautifully! Manufacturer was great with providing additional information to me (wanted to buy an extra handle cartridge for years down the road)
