So whilst this is a good machine and does, kinda, do what I want...it's a 12 mode machine with 2 versions of each mode.In the booklet it lists 24 separate and distinct modes but this particular model only has 12 of them.Really wished the advertising was clearer as I would have purchased a different model.However, it does do well with the 12 modes pictured. You can choose two types of 'pattern' for each mode which is nice. So you can switch it up a bit.The charger lead is a little short and note that it doesn't come with a plug.If you are looking for a cheaper model and are ok with the modes it provides, I can recommend this one.

there is more to this than meets the eye, the tens machine comes with a few extras a pouch to put it in and a pad holder that you can wrap the cables around, the instructions are good includes an extended list of where to put the pads and what function to use the points are based on acupuncture so it also comes with a diagram of the human body front view back view and side view, it is worth the money you get a one year guarantee but if you register the device with the company you get an extra two years added to your garantee

Great product.

Small machine with a powerful kick when used on muscles with a range of power and pulse settings. Only downside is pads do not last long on adhesive but probably the same for all types of purchases on items like this, sorted by purchasing a gel.

Works a treat but cannot break 60 minute maximum and doesn't notify it's switching off.4 outputs but only 2 sets of operations

As you can only set two outputs A1, B1 (the other two A2, B2 mimic A1 and B1) there is no real advantage in four output. Modes in the small manual appear to bare little to the display on the machine, hard to choose which one is required/best.

So the machine itself looks nice feels good. Works wellBut:- if I was to compare this with EASY@HOME, this one seems to have lower intensity. On E@H I used setting 1, and on this one I had to be on setting 3-4 to get the “same” intensity. Except both has about the same number of intensity increases. Meaning. This one. Has less intensity than the cheaper one I got from [email protected] the gel pads. These left red octopus ring like marks on my skin. Same 60 mins session. The easy@home ones didn’t. Not sure if the gel is made of different ingredients and maybe I’m just allergic? These ones were stickier. I did like that. But sadly I think I’m sensitive to them- the functions all seem the same. Not a lot of deviation from the first option. So while the screen shows a lot of different rhythms. That doesn’t seem to be my experience with it. Almost all the setting choices is the same.- the only thing I liked about this one was it can use more lines, up to 8 pads. And the screen was little larger easier to hold and manipulate one handed and the snaps snapped on better to the pads (easier)But i ultimately decided to give this one back and keep the easy@home one.The seller gets 5 ⭐️ for responsive. I asked questions on a Sunday. They answered. I would of kept this if I had not already tried the other seller’s item and had something to compare. For my needs I wanted the other item. But if you are looking for a good tens machine with good battery and lots of spots then this one is better. It comes down to what it is you need. I needed more variety of massages.

I’m going to start with the cliche “I never write reviews but….” so I can let you know just how really great this tens unit is and at such an affordable price!! I have an older tens unit that worked just fine but the patches on the leads went dry and it just wouldn’t stick anymore. Recently having hurt my back lifting weights, I really needed the tens unit to fix my back and relieve the excruciating pain (I was stuck in bed for days due to this injury.) I used my older unit as best I could while reading review after review on Amazon for all these different tens units available before purchasing a new one.I settled on the Brilnurse, ordered it and received it the next day and have been using it the last 2 days and what a relief this little zap zap machine (this is what I call it haha) has provided me. After 2 days of using this I can actually walk normally with minimal pain while just a few days ago I was half bent over trying to shuffle my feet as little as possible to avoid pain in my back.The unit allows for 8 patches to be placed on the body which is really awesome. My previous unit only had 4 patches that could be used at once. There are so many different zap zap modes that you’ll never complete all the combinations possible! People say it’s a little confusing to navigate but honestly just read the directions press some buttons (don’t crank up the intensity right away, work your way up slowly especially if you are new to using a tens unit) and you’ll figure it out.A few tips to help maintain your patches… firstly wipe your skin down with rubbing alcohol and let your skin dry before placing the patches, you’ll get better stickage (is this a word? well I’m using it) this way, trust me it’s worth the extra step. Also before placing the patch on your skin, dab some water on the sticky part and then apply do your preferred area. Because I’m using mine on my lower back I’m actually wearing a large ace bandage around my torso so I cover the patches with that as well to hold them in place. I even lay down and watch tv while the zap zap works it’s electrical magic. When taking the patches off, also put a few drops of water on the sticky part of the patch and then PLACE THE STICKY SIDE BACK ON THE CLEAR PLASTIC FILM IT CAME WITH. Do not be lazy and skip this step, this is what keeps the patches sticky in between zap zap sessions.This unit comes with a diagram of the body and best locations to place the patches for different needs as well as which zap zap mode to use.It’s a great unit, best money I’ve spent on pain relief!!

The TENS unit is absolutely amazing! It packs a punch and can be put in precise locations that help out the pain. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has pain in their back or pretty much anywhere! Total game changer!
