It feels a solid and secure padlock and is easy to lock and unlock. It is an ideal size for my driveway gates. It's a touch pricey but I'll live with that for its quality and non-rust claim.

I wanted a lock that was out of the ordinary whilst being able to perform in our lovely countries wet weather, look safe, look secure and deter unauthorised access to a garden building. This lock is just the ticket. I realise that there are much cheaper options but I wanted quality. A Solid looking lock with a locking mechanism that looks unpickable when you look at the keys for it. It is solid and so far hasn't discoloured in all that wet weather we have had lately. I like the safety feature that is you can't snap the lock closed with the key locked inside the garden building, you have to lock it by turning the key and removing it from the lock. I have total confidence in this product. The only look out for me is that I must look after the keys and not miss place them or I'm in trouble. Would recommend this lick to anyone.

I bought this recently, so it’s still early to give a long-term verdict. That said, so far it’s doing exactly what I needed it to do. The padlock feels solid and well made, and it works smoothly with no issues so far. I’ll need more time to comment on long-term durability, but first impressions are positive. If you’re looking for a sturdy padlock and are happy to judge it over time, this seems like a good option. Update 20/03/2026 Been using this during a lot of rain and bad weather and it has held up 100%. Yes, it is a little pricey, but you do get your money’s worth with the weather resistance.

As robust and good as expected

I got this to replace a combination padlock that had started to rust and the numbers had started to become difficult to read. It’s only been out for a few weeks but so far is holding up to the weather with no sign of corrosion. The only possible downside is that you have to lock it to get the key out.

Seems to be really solid lock
