I wanted to try Krill oil and this brand has an excellent price. I use Omega 3 products for inflamation and cholesterol reduction. I successfully use both fish oil and Calamarine or squid oil, but the good quality ones are more costly. These Krill oil pills do have an odor, but they are tasteless and do not cause burping. I am unable to compare the amounts of EPA and DHA of this product with the squid or fish oil I take because the company has not included this information on the label yet. I may have a touch of gout in my right hand, because when I tried the Krill oil in place of my squid oil I had joint pain. But, I waited a few days and tried it again and received better results. It was a good idea to keep trying it. I am unable to use the product in place of squid or fish oil, but I can take it from time to time with them with no negative results. I will see if that has a positive cholesterol effect in the near future. With my joint issues I am not the best candidate for this product, but it may work great for you and a great price as your major source of Omega.

I'll continue to take this supplement for it's heart-health benefits, but less so for it's stated joint benefits. It's directions are a little different from most supplements, as it suggests taking 20-30 minutes before a meal. I take nearly all of my supplements with a meal so that's an adjustment. I regularly take glucosamine and wanted to compare Krill Oil's supposed joint benefits. I stopped taking glucosamine for several days, then started Krill Oil for about a week. I noticed more joint discomfort without the glucosamine and while taking Krill Oil, about on par with when I was taking collagen. A huge benefit of Nature's Craft Krill Oil was that I did not experience nosebleeds, as became common when I was taking Fish Oil more regularly. Overall would recommend as a fish oil replacement, but not a substitute for glucosamine or joint discomfort.

My cholesterol was a tad high. My Dr said to take "fish oil" caps, but then he stressed to take Krill oil, as just plain fish oil capelets were worthless. Said krill oil is much better at aiding cholesterol. So I surfed the products and this brand came up with great reviews and the price was so much better than other brands with less favorable stars. So I bought it. Came quickly and have been taking it with no complains. I'm sure it'll be a while before another cholesterol check, so at this point, that's all I can say about the product. I will buy more when the jar nears empty.

I read that Krill oil might be better absorbed in the body than fish oil. I also read that it could improve rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis symptoms such as pain, stiffness, and functional impairment. So I thought I would give it a try. That being said, I can't tell the difference. lol I'm a 52-year-old bodybuilder. I'm always in some sort of pain. I need good healthy fats, and I use this for that. I want it to be easy for my body to absorbed, so I'll continue to use this product.

My doctor said I should implement krill oil into my supplements for my arthritis. In my research decided on buying this brand from previous reviews and was not disappointed. I have to say that this is a bargain for quality product. These pills really do have minimal fish aftertaste, which is a huge plus when looking at any type of fish oil. They are also easy to swallow and I like that it's just one dose of two pills a day. I definitely recommend this product if you're in the market for krill oil.
