It’s fairly inexpensive, the heat is mild without socks but just enough to be soothing, and has helped my sore feet a great deal. I’m not going to say it’s a miracle massager and all my pain went away the first day; but after a LONG period of use (a few hours on the first day); my feet are definitely reaping the benefits. I don’t have feet problems normally; they’re only sore from walking nearly 2.5 miles on pavement for a period of 24-28 days a month; 6-8 months straight. I took some time off (nearly 2 weeks), and my feet were still pretty tender were it hurt to walk much of the time (unless I started walking on them for a period of time, then it would dissipate until I was at rest again for some time). After the first few hours, which did hurt a bit as any massage should, I already felt some of the knots in my feet alleviate. There was some mild pain, but a drastically different amount walking about my apartment.
