Missing one piece but no biggie
Ordered this product and all important items were there except for one airlock which isnt a big deal. However it's the principal, the extra time for one replacement part isnt worth it

Hydrometer arrived broken, only included 1 airlock
The hydrometer arrived broken, the only thing protecting it was flimsy plastic. There was only 1 airlock, the tubing is fine, but overall save yourself the trouble and buy from another vendor...

Picture shows different
My fault for not reading the description but the picture shows two 3 piece fermentation vents and you only get one. Was disappointed about that... Fix the picture.

There is ONE airlock valve
The photo shows two, but please note that this item only comes with ONE airlock valve. That knock it down to 4 stars, but they didn't pack it properly and the glass hydrometer came broken.

broken hydrometer is of no use!!
Hydrometer arrived broken at the stem of the bulb where it should join the bottom part of the bulb. It has no use ,this way. the most important piece of equipment! Lots of chard glass in shipping tube!!
