The tables are very nice and are a good quality made by Ashley Signature Design. I have had a set for about 30 years. My son liked them so well he purchased a set. This particular one is being discontinued which is sad since they're a nicely made table. Most tables today are cheaply made and more expensive. The color is beautiful. This is a great deal you don't want to pass up if your in the market for end tables. Very easy to put together. Very happy customer for 2 generations now.

This table is great! I shopped furniture stores and their side tables were $100-$200 higher. The finish is beautiful, and it was so easy to add the legs and bottom shelf to the top. The legs and table top are quality wood with a quality finish. The drawer is handy and slides well. I wouldn’t say the construction of the drawer is top quality. It is sturdy, but put together with glue and other pieces of wood rather than dovetailing or other quality wood working techniques. But it does what it needs to do and no one looks at how it’s put together. It looks great in my room and was the right price point for me. I wouldn’t say definitely buy it again.

I don't know who dropped the ball on these reviews but some of them appear to be for something like an entertainment table and those aren't very complimentary. My wife and I ordered the coffee table that matches these end tables first just to see the quality. It was VERY impressive so we ordered the end tables but almost didn't based on erroneous reviews. Then on re-reading I realized they were for the wrong table. I teach carpentry at our locale high school and I often have students build tables because they are moderately difficult so I can recognize quality construction. These tables are very well constructed, very solid, and properly treated will last a long time. The construction is a combination of solid wood and high grade plywood. There is NO particle board in the construction. Contrary to what some have indicated I found a very high quality and evenly coated finish on the coffee table and the two end tables. No missed spots and no light spots. The drawers on all three tables are constructed using dovetail joinery. If you are unfamiliar with this joinery it is an old world joinery that is almost indestructible. The drawer bottoms are high quality wood, not the cardboard insets you would normally find in this price range. Almost for got to say they designed for very easy assembly which took me about 15 minutes for both tables. Now some of you are probably asking why, if he is that qualified in constructing tables does he not build his own? You spend a full eight hours with teenagers in a shop field with tools that can maim and kill in an instant and see if you really feel like working in your own shop after hours. Don't get me wrong, I love my job but it can be nerve racking. Add all that to the fact that I have priced these tables per material required and time invested and I could not build these to this standard of quality for the price paid here.

Packaged great and came fully assembled!! Love the quality of the table. Only bad thing I have to say is getting the cord out of the back of the table was almost impossible. Cord could have been secured to the back of table somehow instead of placing inside the tiny cutout hole in back. Other than that love this product.

The media table is fully assembled, but the purchaser needs to remove the file drawer and push the power cord plug out through the hole in the back. The drawer is removed through finding levers inside the drawer slides on each side. On the drawer slides, there is a small lever that needs to be pulled up on the left side and pushed down on the right side to remove the drawer. The levers are located at the end of the larger part of the drawer slide inside the channel of the smaller part. The instructions are basically drawings and I didn't find them too helpful.

We were VERY nervous about buying furniture online, but went with the reviews (that's why I thought it was only right that I post one:) Delivery took about a week, and was delivered with a coffee table that matched. Two men in a van delivered the very large boxes, and carried them into the family room. I thought they were going to uncrate the items, but he handed me a pen to sign for them, and I was left on my own. It took about an hour to uncrate both items, trying not to make a total mess with the styrofome! The packaging was GREAT. There was no way on this earth, other than dropping it from 20 feet that the furniture would be damaged in transit. The coffee table came fully assembled, but this sofa table had to be put together. The legs and the bottom shelf needed to be attached to the top part with the drawers. It didn't take more than 20 minutes to get it sorted out, and it looks really very nice, and I must say that unless you knew it had to be assembled, you wouldn't know (not like buying a Sauder desk or shelf unit). The ONLY issue I have (being picky) is that one drawer sits slightly lower than the other. It's nothing that stands out, but you know how it is when you get something new... It matched the coffee table nicely, and so we are happy with both. I priced these units at Ashley Furniture in town, and they were considerably higher. After showing them the Amazon price, they reluctantly matched the price, but would have charged tax and delivery. We took our chances and ordered here (obviously). I'm glad we did. The ONLY downside was having to uncrate the items myself, and be left with 2 HUGE boxes that I was unsure the garbage man would take. On pickup day, I ran down to the driver and gave him $10 for his trouble. We were both happy :)

I was extremely pleased with this end table. The box was a bit beat up. However, the table was in perfect condition. It wasn't hard to put together. It seems very sturdy. I would definitely buy again.

We carefully picked this as a side table. It was really well manufactured and finished. We loved the look and quality. Unfortunately the rich wood tone color was not a match for our lighter colored existing desk. We repackaged and returned the tables and were treated great by seller. We have mixed feelings as we could have replaced existing and kept new but for sentimental reasons. Thanks to the understanding vendors the return was easy.

I am well impressed with the quality of this solid wood item. I see it was made in Vietnam so likely it is made of rubberwood grown there. Arrived very well packaged. The stain is very pleasing and it is heavy and solid. Does not look cheap! I would recommend this item for sure. Excellent buy and great value for the money. :-)

There was a flaw in the wood on top of the table. The table was received on Friday, October 21 not October 17. However, I was still pleased that the table was what I ordered and did match the coffee and was identical to the other end table, except for the flaw.
