Like a Matador, but definitely NOT
This is an above average knock-off matador.I compared this to an authentic SC Matador, the shape is a near identical but the SC has a much tackier/sticky grip and the seams at the top and bottom were flush with the rest of the grip. Not a terrible grip, especially for the price, but the little details do impact club performance.

Good Scotty Matador replacement
Almost a perfect replacement for a midsize Scotty Matador grip. Size and shape are identical. The feel is very similar. As another reviewer mentioned the seams on the endcaps are not flush and can peel back a little so I give it a 4 out of 5. I solved that issue with a few drops of glue. For the price and availability this is a good option.

What is completely unacceptable is that this “bottom band “ separates from the body of the grip.I am deeply concerned that this condition will lead to the tearing of the grip in a short period of time with the movement of the putter as it is being taken out the golf bag ….. This is definitely disappointing and I will not be able to assure the customer that this grip will not fail
