I've been using Daiwa Brain Health for about a month now, and I can confidently say it has made a noticeable difference in my daily life. It's something l experimented with. I personally didn't notice any benefits that l could attribute to this product.

Early to give you an accurate review. From a starting point I had no side effects. When starting a new supplement, I can experience some stomach issues. Not any here. Very surprised because this supplement is based on fish oil, so I was expecting a fishy after taste. Not any with this product. An indication of a very high quality supplement. This isa supplement you must stay with to get the positive results, so I will order again.

I have had this bottle sitting on my shelf for nearly three months, primarily because I was anxious about trying a new supplement. I do regularly take omega 3's, but Plasmalogens are completely new to me. Lately, I have been struggling a bit more in the brain. I have ADHD and a few events in my family life have made me more busy than I could have ever imagined. It's always a balancing act when you have a large family, but lately I have been feeling like I keep losing my balance and falling flat on my face. One day, I inspected this bottle and decided to give these supplements a try, telling myself that I needed all the help I could get. These capsules are really small, which is awesome! I took one on an empty stomach and they were super gentle which is even more awesome! I am now a week in of taking these capsules. I am certain that it is waking up parts of my brain that have been dormant due to stress and other factors. Out of nowhere, I started constructing better schedules to help my autistic adult sons and teenage daughter to make the days more comprehensive and manageable. I have cleaned out my home office and thought of a better layout for my office furniture and supplies to help with my work flow. Then, this morning, I woke at 6 am and felt inspired to rework my entire budget, top to bottom! I am feeling so good about where things are heading, so good in fact that (seeing it was on sale) I bought another bottle! This supplement is not only helping me think more clearly, but I am experiencing increased energy which could be from the excitement of having a more workable brain? Obviously, I am incredibly happy that I broke down and gave this product a try because I'm certain it will be helping me out the rest of my life.

I noticed improvement in my thinking within 2-3 days, as I was able again to calculate simple arithmetic in my head such as sales tax, interest, etc. Now this supplement won't give you any powers you never had. That is, I had done this arithmetic and calculated dates for most of my life until some point some years ago when I lost the ability. I'm 69 years old, for the record. My memory seems to have improved marginally, when I remember to think about it Lol. Given the improvement in numbers and dates, I'm sure this is doing good in other parts of my cognition. As for the second half of my review title, I had tried another brand for 3-4 months. I noticed little effect, maybe a bit less brain fog, and the subscription was about twice this product's cost. I also had problems canceling the subscription with the other company and needed credit card company help, whereas this program is run through Amazon and presumably has much better service if you want to cancel, etc.

I am not sure if I am seeing any improvement to date. It most likely may take a while to truly determine the benefits, so that is understandable

Helps with energy more than anticipated. Sadly discovered when I ran out not realizing how long it would take to get more!! 😪 Don't suddenly stop taking these if you have any degenerative neuro diseases because it's an unpleasant way to find out just how MUCH these are helpful taken daily.

We use this for post-concussion inflammation. They are small and easy to swallow with no digestion issues. From what I can tell, they are effective and help support focus. The price is expensive, but I'd rather pay and have a less inflamed brain.
