Difficult Installation
The handle was not completely attached to the faucet. I could not get the tabs and notches to align, without removing the set screw. The set screw is in a difficult place to access, the set screw location is not in the product guide, and nothing relating to the handle or cartridge replacement was. I couldn't find this information online either. If I would need to replace the cartridge, I don't know how that could be done without uninstalling the faucet. I was disappointed that an allen wrench was not included with the faucet. Luckily, I had the right size wrench. The installation tool/tube is not long enough for deep sinks. My sink is 10 inches deep, and my counter top is one inch thick. The installation tool is eight inches long. I could barely tighten the faucet in place, because there wasn't enough space to work in.The handle hits my backspash when the hot water is on. The space between my backsplash and the edge of my sink is 3 1/8 inches. I can turn on the hot water, but it is just weird there is no clearance.I chose this faucet because it is one of the few that has a metal pulldown sprayer head.

Works beautifully and looks great
This faucet has a beautiful finish that stays looking great with minimal effort thanks to the motion sense feature. Motion sense works just as it should with a simple wave. Sensor is on the left side of the faucet so it's rare for something to accidentally turn the water on. It automatically shuts off after 3 minutes so if that did happen it's not a big deal. We purchased the accessory adapter so it's plugged in rather than running on battery.

Beautiful and very functional
Had this faucet installed in our new kitchen and find it works great. We like that it is easier to control the temperature of the water than other brands we've owned. We also like the pot fill button which increases flow. With the pot fill button pressed, the spray function on the flexible spray head is powerful enough to blast away stubborn food from pots pans and utensils, just wear a bib because the spray can be quite robust!

Simple but sleek style
I love the simplicity and sleek style of this faucet. All the features are worth the extra money and the spot resistant stainless finish looks great!

How to make a simple faucet problematic
The faucet cost a fortune, then cost a fortune to have installed, and then the automatic feature just turns it on and off if your hand or any other object passes it accidentally. Then one day the blue light on the faucet starts flashing and zero water will come out. Supposedly theres a switch you turn to disable the electric part but we couldn't find it and changing the batteries was not only a pain but means we're now stuck with the electric part. Do yourself a favor and buy a simple faucet - this one's way too much.

It's like jewelry for the kitchen, but overpriced
I installed the polished nickel version last week myself in 1 hour. It was 18 easy to understand steps. My moen was purchased at great discount with amazon warehouse used item with damaged box. I wouldn't have considered buying it at the "new" price point. But for the savings, I took a chance that it wouldn't show up scratched, missing parts or unusable. The polished nickel gleems as brightly as chrome. I worried that it would clash with my new brushed stainless sink bowl, but for the "used" price I decided to chance it. It's absolutely beautiful and shines like a jewel even when dimly lit at night with a low wattage sink light. I love showing off how the wave works. It has never once accidently turned on (probably because the trigger is low and to the left). I did test waves to see how far away it sensed movement and you really have to be 6-7 inches from the blue light sensor to activate water on or off. I am literally the first person I know in my family and friends to have purchased a wave faucet and I'm loving it. fill a pot one handed? no problem. rinse chicken without touching the faucet and getting chicken contamination from my hands all over the handle and back sinkboard? no problem. rinse a glass in a jiffy? no problem. take my pills while holding capsules in both hands and leaning in to take a sip of water without touching the faucet? no problem. The discount with amazon warehouse made the damaged box item the same price as a new moen faucet without wave sensor. I'm so happy I took the risk on the used and treated myself to the crown jewel of kitchen faucets.

A mess!
When the plumber tried to install it, it leaked ALL Over. On the counter top and under the sink. A second plumber tried with the same results. Now I haveA beautiful counter and no faucet. I returned it. I have not received my refund yet. I don’t know what brand to trust. If I can’t trust Moen then What? Virginia Perle

A wonderfully engineered kitchen tap
I replaced a 35 year old Moen that was starting to fail with this unit and an completely happy. The build is solid with no cheap plastic parts like less expensive models. Installation was easy. It's a joy to use and to look at.
