This is the perfect waist trainer, I can easily wear it for 8 hours. I got an xl and I started in the second hook. I'm on the 3 hook now on all 3 after a week. I'm ordering a L now

I loved it, it took of like 3 or 4 sizes from pants, i ordered a large because im usually an xl. Im a 16 in pants and im 5ft tall. This really makes my body look damn good.

Kept this one, but not that great or as I expected it to be. Bought a cheaper one that’s way better.

I am a size 7/8 in clothing with a stomach and hanging fupa.(looks like 4-6 months pregnant flab)I purchased the (large) but i guess it wasn't the right size.I gave it a three star for comfort, fit and material durability.1. It does not cover top back fat, it rolls down and sticks out of clothing while poking into your skin.2. After a couple of uses the bands wear thin around the bone area of waist trainer3. The bands can be much more wider and thicker in material. After about 2 weeks of wearing the bands are folding where I have love handles and is wearing thin on the sides at the seams.5. It holds your stomach in pretty well until you sit down and the bands spread apart and your belly fat sticks out even with the middle band over lapping.6. The cost is very well priced.OVERALL: I will be returning the one i have and maybe purchasing this one at a later time when I have little stomach and no back fat!!!

Esta faja es muy cómoda , recomiendo usar encima de una prenda o camiseta no directamente a la piel, elegir un size mas grande porqué corre pequeña según las medidas proporcionadas . Muy fácil de abrochar y no se enrolla. Me encanto. La recomiendo.

I tried more than 10 waist trainers. This is the only one that give the hour glass shape. But is a little uncomfortable, over all when bending I feel is inside my ribs. Time and constancy will ease the problem … I guess

À la base, j'ai acheté ce waist trainer pour remplacer ma ceinture de maintien dorsal qui me servait pour soulager mes douleurs de dos dûes à une maladie et qui était loin d'être saillante !Grace à ce Waist trainer,non seulement j'ai un maintien lombaire parfait , je me tiens droite et le plus, j'ai des courbes nickel !Autant pour un maintien dorsal, le gommage des petits bourrelets et sa facilité de mise en place, je recommande à 100%Cependant, je pense avoir pris une taille trop grande car je l'attache déjà aux dernier cran.Très bon qualité-prix
