Love our Toto! It is a great toilet. I’ve never had a toilet flush so effectively. We are in our fifties and the height of it is fine for two taller people which was something I was emphatic about when ordering new fixtures for the two bathrooms. We have the Toto bidet seat added on and the only problem is I didn’t read the description well while I was purchasing for our home build and it was a smaller seat configuration. After all is said and done on that much purchasing and trying to plan, some things are fine the way they are even if they aren’t perfect. It works for us. We’ve lived the house for just over a year and I think we did have to order a gasket or something for some leaking inside the tank but the company sent that to us no charge and it went in super easy and no problems since then. But be aware that it doesn’t come with its own seat (I did know that) and the seat will need to be the smaller, rounder one.

It's a great product, a great little toilet, I've bought 3 direct from plumbing companies, but Amazon clear;ly doesn't know how to package something heavy like this! Broken!

We bought the TOTO toilet when we redid our 1/2 bathroom. This will be our second TOTO - we installed the first one in the full bathroom we redid years ago. The best toilet ever! The pressure, the flow, and the quiet functionality are great. Both of them are “comfort height”. We recommend that to everyone!

This is the best flushing toilet in our house! And, it stays clean longer because it rinses itself! I bought it to replace a toilet that didn't flush well. So finicky! I tried several different adjustments. Still finicky. After doing some research, I found this! It flushes great! Now the other 2 toilets in our house seem inferior. Eventually, I might replace them. If you get a good one, you'll be happy! If you get a broken one, just send it back and get a good one. Mine was well packaged! It showed up in excellent condition. Plenty of packing foam. I gave it a couple of months before I reviewed it. So far so good. Very happy!

This is a nice looking toilet but not as good as my old Toto. First- mine must have missed the CEFIONTECT coating on the assembly line because everything sticks to it like glue. Maybe I will try putting rainx in a spray bottle and spray it down to see if that helps. Second- need to find a good target area for stand up peeing to avoid excess splashing because of the bowl design. Third- flush is a bit loud but the flush valve seems to work better than the old flapper, although changing it might be more difficult. I always keep a spare flushing handle in the house because they are the first to go. Does not come with a seat or wax ring and I would suggest buying a set of self adjusting heavy duty closet flange bolts, the ones that come with the wax ring are pretty cheesey and you don't have to trim the self adjusters from HD.Follow the instructions, check to make sure factory installed tank seals are tight as mentioned in the instructions, It wouldn't hurt to put a small bit of blue loctite on the tank to toilet bolts at both nut locations-they can loosen up over time and the tank seals will leak so a ounce of prevention. Not sure how long I will use it before I change to something else, Everything is going toward less water usage now and that affects the the thorough cleaning during the flush and also how far the waste makes it toward the main sewer line and can cause an eventual clog especially in older plumbing. I will deal with the negatives until I find something better.

I just just installed two of these toilets; one round and one elongated. We were weary of toilets that needed to be flushed multiple times and still not doing the job, so after a little research decided on the TOTO tornado flush units. Very pleased. They do the job! Only downside is they do not have 2 stage flushing.Both came well packed with no breakage. Deliveries varied from original promise dates, but that was just a minor inconvenience for us. One came two days early the other 6 days late.Make sure to order everything you need: such as the wax ring or bottom seal, supply line, compression ring (if using metal supply line), and toilet seat if not included. Both toilets installed easily. Tools I used were socket wrench, flat screwdriver, open end wrench, channel locks, putty knife, disposable gloves. I prefer chromed brass supply lines, so I also used a tubing cutter and a tubing bender.

I remodeled my bathroom in June and chose this toilet based on the recommendation of a bathroom design showroom. First, I was disappointed when it arrived because the round bowl looked like it was smaller than most, almost like a child-sized toilet. By about October, it seemed that the toilet was clogged. Multiple weeks and three plumbers later, it was clear that the drain line was clear, but the toilet was either malfunctioning or designed in such a way that it clogged internally very easily. I have now just purchased a new toilet and replaced it, so the toilet is finally functioning. Do not waste your money on this one!!!
