Heavy Duty All-In-One Commercial Door Closer - Aluminum Finish

i am an engineer at an aging hotel and I have ordered several of these when my old ones start leaking fluid. the template that fits your old holes is great for my property so that way you dont have to drill more holes that become an eyesore. the cover, covers all of the ugly and it is easy to adjust the speed of the door. many other products are a lot more expensive but this is a great value for your money. installation is easy and the quality is good. all in all this is a very functional product

I have been highly impressed with Brinks Commercial line and this closer does not disappoint. It had a easy to use template and the instructions were easy to follow. This was used on a maintenance door that gets used often and needs to close quickly but not slam shut so that it does not disturb the patrons who are in their rooms. This closer is one that I recommend to anyone who needs a heavy-duty door closure. You will not be disappointed.

The closer is okay and works well enough. The instructions are absolutely miserable. After getting these instructions I looked at instructions from other closers and these have to be the worse. Most closers include a template for placing and drilling holes. These instructions have more of a blueprint type drawing requiring lots of measuring and marking. Also, there is lots of screws included but the instructions does not identity the specific screws and where they are used. The instructions are not for the DIY person.

Solid heavy duty door closer.

Not worth the money. Works exactly like my $25 one. Clear instructions. Door still stays open even after adjusting it multiple times. Adjustments same as my $25 one but i thought it would be stronger and more agile then what i had, waste of money but im going to keep it because im going to use it on my wooden room house doors instead of my business. No adjustment Ability differences. No power.

been looking for a heavy duty door closer for my shop door to keep the heat out as much as possible. this does the trick. the door closer automatically closes the door after every opening, exactly what I was looking for. easy to install didn't have any problems

Realatively easy installation. The mounting plate lined up perfectly with the bolt holes from the Corbin-Russwin closer being replaced, which made mounting much easier. The only difficlty I had was drilling through the metal door frame for the connecting arm, but this was to be expected. Installation took about an hour.

This product is excellent for my commercial properties. It is compatible with most commercial doors, meets ANSI Grade 1 requirements, is ASA compliant, and has a 180-degree opening range. It also adds security and safety, as the door closer controls the closing and latching of the door. Great product.
