Karaca is a WELL established Turkish brand. I am happy to find this high quality in England. Easy to clean, adjustable height, thermostatic heat adjustment, high quality materials. Happy to buy. Value of my money. U can trust this brand.

There is no oil pouring tray and there is a hang on the hot setting button, I can hardly turn it.

I plugged the product in, smoke started coming out and the light went out. I am not in home at the moment I forget to take picture

Given the current asking price of £59.95 I was expecting a lot more from this grill and toaster.The quality is definitely questionable and there is no instructions.It takes a long time to heat up and there's no obvious way other than checking by (very quick) touch that it is on the heat you want it to be. There is not a catch tray for any runoff like in other grills.It is at least relatively easy to clean as the surface is fairly non stickI would recommend looking elsewhere for the same price.

Total waste of money. Plates have deformed after the first use, some of the clips holding the plates were missing. The heat spread is uneven, grills on one side and boils on the other one. There's no positive thing that I can say about this item.

I was looking forward to trying this out as it would extend my "barbecuing" grills, so how did it perform? To be honest yes it DID smoke the first time I used it but I am guessing they all do that. On the subsequent go it didn't do that. It does take ages to heat up though (I kept having to touch it because I couldn't even be sure it was warming up for about 5 minutes!)It came with absolutely no instructions - just a Turkish warranty. So, you get no ideas about what to do or not do do for the best. there are just pictures of various types of foods on the top with their Turkish names on and what grill power setting you should use. I could work out most of them but one had me stumped until I looked it up: Tost (toast), Krep ( crepe, pancakes), Tavuk (chicken?), Baluk (fish?), Hamburger (!) and Biftek (Beef Steak).I was very disappointed with the results. The food took ages to cook and didn't have the nice charred/barbecue lines across it that I was hoping for. Hence the 3 stars. On the plus side though, it was very easy to clean afterwards.

This is dangerous. When you turn it on it starts smoking. Both plates deformed when I was grilling on rate 4. The knob is moving like it was broken. Total rubbish
