My husband and I have been taking these for about 5 months. It's hard to tell if it's doing anything but my husband thinks they're making him go more regular. So that's great.

I have always used this brand and i normally get the woman's daily probiotic which works fantastic if you get reoccurring yeast infections. Literally a life saver! Which is why i opted for these immunity and digestion probiotics as i recently came down with cellulitis and had to take antibiotics. I figured these would be best to take while fighting off my infection and rebalancing my gut microbiome after harsh antibiotics. Price and amount was good so i always re buy and choose these as my go to probiotics.

I noticed a difference within the first day. Obviously it takes time to build up, I have tried several things to help with my Celiac and IBS issues. However, I noticed even small changes very early on. I can say this wasn’t harsh on my stomach and so far it’s worked just as described. It’s not a laxative so don’t expect it to work as one. It overall reduced my bloating and constipation very effectively. I can only speak for my own body as things other people found useful I did not. Definitely recommend.

bought this probiotic because I deal with a slow metabolism and digestive issues, and I’ve been using it for about six months now. I can honestly say it has made a noticeable difference for me. Since taking it regularly, I’ve noticed that my food seems to digest better and faster instead of just feeling like it sits in my stomach. It has also helped with my acid reflux, which I think is connected to my digestion improving overall. On top of that, I’ve seen less stomach inflammation, and it has definitely helped with bloating and gas as well. I really don’t have anything negative to say about it. It matched my expectations and has worked exactly the way I hoped it would. I buy it regularly and plan to keep taking it for the foreseeable future. For me, this has been a great product and an easy 5 stars.

Ridiculously expensive, fancy brand, lots of strains -- well crafted, so far as we can tell, that is. Supplements aren't regulated by the FDA. That said, some brands do seem more trustworthy than others, offering a "better" product. The more we learn, the more we believe that "Non-GMO" is more of a political stance than a rational one. We also recently read yet another article demonstrating that probiotics, rather than always being a good idea after taking antibiotics, can actually slow recovery. All that said, sometimes one wants to take a probiotic product, even if it's as much for comfort as anything else. Maybe one is in chemo, maybe one has been on multiple antibiotics and just wants to engage in what feels like self-care. This product seems to fit the bill. In fact we just finished a jar and were about to order a replacement, although since we'll be seeing our oncologist this morning, maybe we'll just check with him first... guess what, he said NO probiotics while on chemo. So, not reordering just yet. Oops.

I tried this probiotic and it works great! It’s a super good value for the price point and I love that it includes pre-biotics too. I take it everyday and it keeps down inflammation, eases digestion, and keeps my stomach flat

I went on a 35 day trip to Europe and ate not one fruit or vegetable while I was there. Cheese, noodles, ice cream and bread were my main food groups. I took this every morning, and never got backed up. Lol! Doesn’t upset my stomach at all either! I have been taking this for a while, and definitely notice a difference if I don’t take it for a few days. I HIGHLY recommend this!

I'm a big fan of Garden of Life products, I've been getting them for years off and on. This product is no different. Very high quality ingredients and does its job. My moms stomach issues are getting better and she is using the bathroom for #2 more often which means it could be working just as described. I wouldn't know without her getting tests but this will most likely be a consistent repurchase for her.
