It's true that it gives a bit when leaned on, but to me, that was a virtue. The face cradle helped me get the most sleep I've ever gotten on an international flight. And that was true even after oral surgery the previous day which I thought would make it impossible for me to lean into the cradle; it was so soft and adjustable that it still worked. I have severe neck issues and found that I was not at all stiff or in pain after a 10 hour flight using this product. I felt defeated. The dates for my pillow to arrive were the day after I was to take off. So I messaged customer service and they were so helpful and responded super fast. Long story short my pillow arrived the morning before I left, I ripped it from its box on the way to the airport 🤣I’ve not used the straps yet. My favorite way to use this is with the tray table but I did use it quite a few times sitting up and never jerked awake from falling forward. I got some solid sleep on that flight and I’m so grateful to the brains that came up with this device.
