Instructions were not clear, video on the Amazon site that featured the product was not helpful, piloted holes that should’ve been drilled had not we had to drill our own, very flimsy, overall just a big pile of junk metal!

It's a bit smaller than the original size they advertised but it all depends on what u want it for so make sure u know its pretty small but it works for me I use it for my cats to have access to and from the house and to the liter box.

Granted I assembled myself which made it difficult, however; the holes being extremely tiny & the screws being tiny as well made it super difficult to put them in place. When I got to the roof, the side panels did not line up. The instructions were also difficult to follow because there were only diagrams. The metal cuts your hands & the gloves provided get stuck on the metal. Not worth it!!

The door was a little tricky to put on but I figured it out no drill just a screwdriver my two hands

Some panels were bent none of the holes m atched up wasnt worth the price

This is the crappiest piece of mess I ever wasted money on. DO NOT BOTHER TO BUY IT. ITS NOT STURDY AT ALL, THE DOORS WERE BENT AND THE DOORS WILL NOT CLOSE. LESSON LEARNED. ITS CRAP. THE PANELS WERE DENTED AND JUST A MESS. IN W FEW WEEKS I KNOW I WILL HAVE TI GET A NEW ONEr

Very difficult to assemble. The instructions are illustrations only. Not sturdy. Have to drill too many holes..
