Works perfectly for Icom IC-705
This cable requests 15 volts from your USB-C PD power source, then it's up to the power source what to do with the request. I have one battery that supports 15 V and the radio reports 15.2 V. I have another power bank that does not support 15 V but does support 12 V, and the radio reports 12.2 V. This cable does exactly what it claims but is only as good as the power source you attach it to.

Great cable for my 15V CPAP machine
I got this for my HDM Z2 and it powers it well which in turn helps reduce the number of things I need to bring when I travel. No need for a specialty $500 battery pack anymore or the clunky power supply. Just a normal USB PD (make sure it can deliver 15V at 3A) power source or battery pack and this cable is all I needed. It also doesn’t suffer from power drop and instability issues that some other PD trigger cables suffer from. When I travel I can now charge my phone, charge my tablet or laptop, and power my CPAP all from one charger.

Perfect for Icom IC-705
Works perfectly to externally power the IC-705 radio from a USB-C PD battery bank or suitable wall charger. Voltage is rock solid under load. I wish there was a shorter cable option, but that's a very small complaint. Thrilled that USB-C PD is available for DIY projects.

It works with a PD capable battery to power a 9V device
I’m using this wire to power my Behringer ms1 synthesizer from a usb battery that has a PD power delivery usb-C port.Works well, I only wish this wire, or the battery, had a power switch. And a normal USB-C power switch fails to work because no data lines. This wire drains the battery after a few days of being plugged in, and I would rather not plug and unplug constantly.

Shows 15V but outputs 9V (my bad)
I purchased 2x of the 15V version. Package and plug print shows 15V but both of them are only outputting 9V. I tested with several PSUs and with and without load, never got more than 9V.Update: I just upgraded from 2 to 5 stars as it was a user error. I didn’t realize Apple USB-C PSUs don’t support the 15v profile, it worked using another power supply.
