I love this portable a/c unit. In small spaces it can actually get almost too cool. If you’re expecting to cool down a whole room it’s not was you are looking for, but as a desk area or nightstand area to cool you off at night in bed it’s very effective. I hate being warm at night so I use it on the nightstand or a small table near by directed towards me. I have to be a little way away from it otherwise it makes you too cold. Great unit. The only thing I’d change is how you put the water in… it’s a little awkward tipping the top heavy part over to put water in the base.

It does not serve the purpose of an actual air conditioner. You only feel the cooling mist if you get really close. You have to fill it with water and ice cubes every 2 hours. Battery dies very fast. Only good thing about this mini cooling fan is that it takes away the humidity trapped in the apartment. This is only a one person fan. Also the charging wire gets damaged very easily, mine stopped charging it and now it’s dead and I have to buy another power cable for it.

worked right out of the box, FOR the whopping one month, won't charge, won't work.. truly a POS. Another concern is that the wall plug gets really hot while the unit is charging so keep an eye on that, when I plugged it in to a power strip that seemed to work better, the plug didn't get hot at all.

I am on my 2nd one now (returned 1st one) and am torn as to whether I want to give it one more try or just get a refund and get a different air cooler. With both units the first 4-6 days they were amazing. The misters ran constantly and it truly produced cold air. But as time passes the misters work less and less frequently and without the cooling mist it is basically just a small fan. Also the water resevoir needs to be bigger, think it's only around 400 ml. When misters are working constantly it needs to be refilled every 1-2 hours.

This Little fan is perfect! Push button to open, add water and turn on with remote. The fan has 3 speeds, has a 2 or 4 hr timer, lights that change color on the bottom. This really feels like a mini air conditioner! This has a chargeable battery so you can take it with you without plugging it in. Runs for 4 hours or more without charging. I love this Cooling fan. Especially on hot summer nights.
