It depends on which tier you pick and I’m not good with measuring. However I believe it’s 14.2 wide and 17” high.

can I stack two on top of each other?

I honestly don’t see how stacking could possibly be accomplished… handles on top row and wheels attached to bottom. In addition to the design, it probably couldn’t support the added weight.

How tall is the height of each shelf?

I’m terrible with measurements, however the tallest thing I can fit on the bottom and middle shelf is a 19 oz oxi clean can.

What is the height between each shelf?

I think about 6 to 7 inches if i measured correctly.
