If you windows were professionally tinted, you're probably ok. If they're a home handyman tint, I'd not use these or ANY cleaner for that matter. **Q: Do they really have a fresh scent? Is it strong?** A: Yes it is fresh and no it isn't strong. Can't even smell it after use. **Q: Is it compatible with swiffer?** A: I have attached them to a swiffer mop and they don't work very well. They don't fit correctly and they come off and streak.
