This is a pretty cool item to land on sale here at Amazon, not something you'd expect. Although Pop Mart has roughly a million billion figures for sale, this line of Philip Colbert lobsters is new and unique...If you buy one, you get a random choice from a set of 6. You can also just go for it and buy the set of six figures for a decent discount. If you like this goofy character (and who doesn't like a lobster hiding inside of a cactus for pete's sake!), you might want to get all 6.The boxes have a pull-tab across the top... so unless you have some secret glue-dissolving techniques, you have to tear the top open to see which figure you got. This can be a little infuriating for the hard-core (the untouched figure will be worth more 10 years from now!), so it's worth mentioning. I note that in the fine print if you buy the box of 6 and you get a duplicate, you can send it back and they'll replace it with a non-duplicate. There's also a bonus 7th figure. All the figures are great, although the pink-suited "I dropped the vase" is my least favorite. The "inside the shark" and "inside the cactus" figures are the best!

This is a collectible figurine of a character made by Philip Colbert. You probably already know that, and you probably know the origin and history of this piece of art, so I won't try to explain it. This is a well-made figure. The material is top notch and is the level of detail. I proudly display mine on my bookshelf so that anyone that comes over can see it. This little guy is exactly what i like about the world of art. 5 stars all around.

I unboxed this and got the “Lobster On Pencil” figure. The lobster figure does not stay on the pencil without falling off. This makes it hard to display this figure set. The current retail price of $19.90 does not make this a good value for money. Compared to some of the other Pop Mart series, this is not as interesting nor cute.

This is a gift for an artist. I would like to able to see what it's like, but to so so, I will have to tear open the box because of the way it's packaged. This is a shame as the item appears to be really cool and the graphics on the packaging signal something of high quality. The mystery of condition will have to wait until Christmas morning. Keep this is mind if you're planning on giving this item a try.

Blind boxes are so much fun! This is a silly Pop Mart collectible. Usually they are mine but my son claimed this one. The lobster is cute and makes us laugh. As always, it is a great quality with not a speck of paint out of place. Would make a great gift.
