This isn't really a question for those of us who are pleased with our purchase. You need to address this to the seller or to Amazon itself.

Q: Can these be stored in the freezer?

I removed a sticker on the back of the package to see that it says to store it closed tightly in a refrigerator or freezer for six months. I've kept mine in the pantry unopened, and it has been fine. These coconut flakes are quite wide and fairly dry--much more delicious than the unsweetened shredded coconut I usually bought. Once I open the package, it won't be around long. It is a delicious snack.
