I have tried multiple pillows ranging from 1.5k to 3k but it always has either firmness issue or smelling form. Even i had the same feeling when i ordered this. But this product proved me wrong. Its perfect height, proper firmness and softness, no smell or odour. No neck pain after using this. Packing was in a plastic bag and not in box. Weight is normal and value for money. Design is good and i choose grey colour bcoz I don’t want the traditional white. And the cover feels premium as well. I must tell you to buy this brand. Instead of trying others which offer discounts. Just remember the more you see the ads the more the product is fake. Trust me and go for this ! This is a good brand. I got this in offer for 1200/- for a standard size medium firmness. I am writing this review after 1 week of use. I am satisfied .

Very comfortable. Good product

Cheap material, not worth 2k.The memory foam in this pillow is not dense, it is like any normal pillow. No point in spending 2k for a regular pillow with no features of a memory foam pillow.

Found the pillow helpful for initial couple of days but now since past few days I find the morning neck pain returning back 😔Probably the height is the issue (on side sleeping) distance between head and shoulder, not sure if pillow is contracting 😕I don't use pillow for back sleeping anyhow.

I like the fabric and design of the product easy to wash it's give full benefits to my body it's suppot very well I can take it or move it anywhere.

I wanted a firm pillow and after searching quite a bit - found this White Willow pillow to be ticking all the boxes for me.First impressions:- pillow seems firm enough for my preference- the outer grey casing seems like good soft material- the stitching on both the outer cover and the inner pillow seems very flimsy single stitch and it already seems to come apart at a couple of places.Will update after a few days of using to see if the cushioning and stitches hold up.
