Tough headlamp with TONS of light, a protected charge port, and good battery life.
This headlamp leaves a little room for improvement. For instance, it is heavier and far less comfortable than the cheap gas station headlamps around. There's no padding on the pad which rests against my forehead, making it pretty uncomfortable in that spot. But, then, I rarely wear a headlamp for more than half an hour, and I'm tough enough to endure it. That said, it is, by far, the sturdiest headlamp I've seen. It has a metal body (aluminum I think), which accounts for the weight. I've had too many cheap headlamps fail within two weeks of purchase, here on Amazon. I've had this light for about a year, now, and wouldn't buy anything of lesser quality, ever again. I object to the throwaway manufacturing, or planned obsolescence in manufacturing. It is NOT sustainable. I try to buy things which will serve me well for many years to come. THIS is a GREAT choice.
