These inserts work very well to not only cushion the foot but fill in the extra space in a shoe that has become too loose, a safety hazard. The fabric feels good and the construction durable. Pleased to find them. They are also an appropriate size, unlike some gel inserts that are too bulky and don't fit many shoes well.

So far I like these a lot. Nice and firm while also being squishy and comfortable. My flats tend to wear out on the inside faster than the outside so i figured I'd try an insert to see how it goes. I'll likely be get more to keep my shoes longer lol

I bought these to replace old soles for my good feet inserts and these work great. They feel nice on my feet and compliment my good feet inserts well. I use these for both work and workout shoes and they consistently make my feet and arches feel healthy. I've been using these for about 45 days and so far they are holding up well. I plan on buying more.

They make my old clogs wearable again. Very comfortable and easy to trim for a perfect fit.

Updated:*Not good for my plantar fasciitis pain, tried wearing them today and the pressure upwards on my heel and arch made the burning pain worse. I'm going to try wearing them a few more times but I think the arch support is too sturdy for my feet. Im going to try some other insoles. Im bummed these dont seem good for my feet*These inserts fit perfect in my asics Japan tennis shoes, like they were made for each other. I've had these shoes a few years and found I needed more support in my heel and arch. These insoles provide just enough for my feet to feel supported but not to feel bruised or uncomfortable with the extra pressure upwards on my heels and arch. I tend to walk very heel heavy, so these are perfect for me. I'll have to see if they cause issues walking in them alot but I've worn them around the house and my feet feel like they are cradled by clouds. Very bouncy clouds. ALSO: If you buy a straight size, say a 9, it will fit a 9. If you need a 9.5 size up to a 10 and use your old inner sole as a template to cut them (very carefully) down to size. I would definitely take the time to pull the old soles out before putting these in to make sure you have enough room for your foot still. Also if you dont gave narrow feet, these are probably not for you, you may be better off with sof sole and cutting them down to your foot size. Anyway, I'm about to reorder and replace the inner soles on some of my boots and other tennis shoes!

Bought these twice now and am super satisfied.I average around 10-15k steps a day at my job - these have gone into all my work shoes. So far they’re providing the same level of support and comfort as gel inserts, but at a cheaper price. I ordered a half size larger than most of my daily sneakers so I could trim them to fit.It was a great idea as I only needed to trim the tip to a more rounded toe.The strangest thing is that my shoes start the day silent, but they get squeaky by early again.I've had to switch out my shoes midday so I don't squeak up and down the hallways.3 pack of inserts is great so I can add foam to lightweight shoes that flatten immediately.Note: I don't replace the original insole, I simply add this insert beneath the original to add a cushy layer that doesn't stick to my socks.
