I have been a user of Cramp Defense since March of 2018 and became aware of it through a friend. I was having problems with cramps in my legs at night that would wake me up. I tried a few different medications with no results and Cramp Defense has been great for me. I had to try different dose levels until finding the right amount to take daily. I take some in the morning after getting up and some at night before going to sleep. I no longer have cramps in my legs and it has been a great product for me. I order it online and the customer service has been outstanding.

My husband was having terrible nightly leg cramps that woke him up out of a sound sleep for months, I ordered from advise from our pharmacist and the first night he took it he had no leg cramps, it was like a miracle, so far so good! These pills are the very best you can buy! They work!! I have reorder numerous times! I am 83 and I recommend them to any who gets leg cramps while sleeping! Try them and you will be totally surprised with the results. The information supplied by the customer as well as the great customer service is first class! I was watching YOU TUBE and Dr. Oz was highly recommending them as best on the market. So I bought a bottle and I had immediate results. That’s the way they are supposed to work?! All I know for ‘proof positive’ is that they really work!! 😁

I discovered CRAMP Defense when I was searching magnesium products. Most magnesium products are confusing to say the least. Cramp defense has a combined recipe that works. It is nice this company suggests the lowest dose, and work your way up if you need more releif. I use for leg cramps

I have used Cramp Defense for a long time and it's the only thing that ever worked, it's great and it's wonderful to have relief from cramping I suffered with inside thigh cramps before I found Cramp Defense and they are the worst cramps i ever had, don't have them any more since using this product, i recommend this product . It has stopped other cramping in ankles , try it you will love it. Mary Taylor
