Waste of money
The media could not be loaded. I think this is 1 lb weight I thought it was ten pounds surely not. I’m not sure to return it because it’s worthless or keep it and do reps till burnout and use for toning and balance. However it’s not 10 lbs. my 5 lb steel dumbbell is heavier than this. Bad sell. Don’t purchase. So if this is light than the 100lb must be like 50lbs. Smh
