Arrived at 0% but works well once charged
Works perfectly with my Moto Z Force Droid phone. Arrived at 0% charge, so it took forever to charge it back up, but that's how it's designed. I haven't had a chance to fully use it, but so far it's functioned as described. Buyer be aware that when using a standard charger, the phone must charge to 100% before the battery pack charges; if using the Turbo Charger that came with the phone (30W), the phone charges to 80% and then dual-charges with the battery (which, in turn, causes them to charge super slow together). ALSO, remember that this battery pack will NOT charge on its own - it must be attached to the phone to take a charge at the same time as the phone - and it does NOT support wireless charging. Well worth the cost for this one, but I might buy the TurboPack as well. I took initiative to purchase a bumper case (just a plastic rectangle) to use with it when attached to the phone and it does not impede the use of that. Adds very little weight to the phone - I previously used a Droid Turbo 2 and even with this battery pack it's still lighter than that phone.

Had this over 1 year, still perfect
I bought this January 2018, and have had it connected to my phone all-the-time. In the year I've used it, I have yet to run out of battery. EVER. Lowest ever was 80% primary (still) and 49% for the extra battery. Overnight charge, and right back in business. If you use your phone a LOT, and don't wish to be tied to carrying chargers, cables, or a powerpack, get this. Strong magnets hold it to the back of the phone. Stop worrying about battery life. Go for a weekend getaway and forget your charger (did that once). Still running!

Life saver!!!
****Update 8/28 (so, like 3 months after purchase): My phone battery must be worse than before. I can no longer make it through the day at work without the extra battery being drained and then the cell phone rapidly dying after that. I'm taking a star off my review because whenever the extra battery dies my phone thinks its main battery is dead and it shuts off. Then I remove the extra battery and turn the phone back on and the phone recognizes that the main battery still has some juice.****I hate my phone, it's full of issues, one of the main ones being its battery life. My experience with moto phones is that they are great in year one and then decline rapidly afterward. Thanks to this battery pack I can now make it through work without having to look for a charger to keep my phone from dying. This pack does add some considerable weight to your phone but you get used to it and it is definitely worth it! Before trying this pack I was considering getting rid of my phone and getting one from a different manufacturer. Now I can put off upgrading a bit longer, especially since 5g is only a year away for most of the big carriers.

Good battery, but NO WIRELESS CHARGING
I bought this for my new Moto Z2 Force and I usually have power left on the power pack by the evening, even with heavy use! I haven't needed to charge my phone during the day since I got it.HOWEVER: I bought this product expecting it to include wireless Qi charging capability. Of course, I didn't realize this until several months after I bought the mod, after picking up a cheap Qi charger I noticed while shopping at Target, only to discover it wasn't working with my mod.Apparently Incipio makes TWO different products with nearly identical name and makes it very hard to tell which you are buying when buying online. The model number for this one is MT-381-BLK. From research online, the one with QI charging is MT-382-BLK. IMPORTANT: CHECK THE MODEL NUMBER BEFORE BUYING. Otherwise you'll be like me and end up buying the wrong product.I've dropped the phone a few times, sending the power pack flying, and it still works fine and there is no visible damage. If it was the Qi charging version it would be exactly what I wanted. Instead I feel deceived.

Great battery for a great price.
This is the second one of these batteries I've owned. The first one I used the heck out of for 3 years. The battery really boosts the life of the phone. I have nothing bad to say about it. The other one actually still functions about 80% as well as it did when it was new. My decision to buy another one was more about the fact that I had beaten the other one up pretty bad and just wanted to improve the look of my phone. The new one makes the phone look and feel new again. The battery lasts for around 7 hours of continuous use watching videos with the screen on full brightness and volume all the way up. It will last me about 24 hours of just average use... and then I still have the phone's full internal battery to run on before I have to charge up. I always put it on the charger when I sleep and have never worried about my phone going dead. I paid about twice as much for my first one 3 years ago so this is really a great deal at this price and well worth it.

Great battery life extender.
It's a great battery life extender. I usually get an extra day of charge from my phone (which doubles my battery life). It is not bulky at all but I did buy a case that can accommodate the Modo Mods. There are a few things I would note that I had to find out online through a forum. 1.) You should really use a turbo charger for charging your phone with this battery pack on; 2.) If the battery pack isn't charging for some reason, try to turn the phone off and charge it while the phone is off. This later issue was a weird one: my phone was at 100% but the battery pack was at 0% and not charging. Without a turbo charger, the battery pack is supposed to wait to charge until the phone is finished charging. But, it wasn't charging even with my phone at 100%. I turned off the phone but kept it plugged in and then the battery pack started charging. Now though, I plug my phone in overnight and even when left on, both the phone and battery pack are full in the morning. Maybe it was just a one time issue but it's worth trying if you find that the battery pack is not charging for some reason.
