Where are these made?

This product is imported from China.

Does anyone have a tip for getting these open? I pull and pull at the starter area but the package won't rip open.

I will admit that they are very hard to open but I have always been able to rip it open at the starter area. It requires a straight across pull.

I love these but why are they so expensive here? They’re $5.99 at Walmart.
