I absolutely love the Vornado VFAN Mini! It’s so cute and stylish that I ended up buying three — one for each room (pictures enclosed). Its vintage-inspired aesthetic makes it a perfect addition to any desk, bedroom, office, or living room, adding a charming touch wherever it sits. Despite its compact size, it circulates air wonderfully while staying whisper-quiet, making it ideal for both work and sleep environments. On top of that, it feels incredibly sturdy and well-made, a true testament to its high quality. I couldn’t recommend it more if you’re looking for something that’s both beautiful and effective.

I purchased this fan for my bedroom. In the Bay Area, we have a few days during the year that are so hot that we need fans. It blows very effectively, with a slower speed and a stronger speed. It is very portable and heavy for it's size and therefore stable. Also, the vintage green color is nice to look at.

This is the cutest little fan by Vornado. It does have a vintage look. It's mostly all metal though the blades are plastic, as is the dial knob. But everything else is metal. The green is darker than the image shows, and though I didn't mind that I do wish it were lighter in color like the Amazon image depicts. I wanted something for white noise along with moving air about. This is just loud enough for some white noise - on high. Low is pretty quiet. The fan puts out a good bit of force for such a small size. So it's pretty powerful on high. It does not oscillate but I didn't expect it to. It does move up and down but not side to side. The dial on the back works well. There are only two speeds: low and high, at least on this mini fan. The cord is long enough. Comes all put together so there is nothing to assemble. I did some research and Vornado had good reviews and excellent reliability scores. I didn't mind paying a little more for quality, reliability, and all metal construction. I'm super happy with it!

First the looks are every bit as nice in person in my setting as the advertising made me imagine. It definitely has enough power to move a decent amount of air on the low speed which is quiet enough for a bedroom. The higher speed might be too much for a small diameter fan because there's a noticeable propeller sound. I wouldn't want it on high setting in a bedroom. Not recommended. In fact the high speed setting is pretty useless because of the noise. Personally I would have liked to have seen a lower speed for the "high" setting that's a bit more biased towards "quietness". Any small diameter fan will be loud at high speed. Ask any PC builder. However I'll give it credit for sounding solid. Initial impression is that it's reasonably well engineered and well made even though it's got a plastic propeller. It does the job that I bought it for. I only need a relatively low speed fan and looks are really important for this application so it was the ideal fit. For comparison it moves more air on the low speed setting than a 6" Comfort Zone fan on it's high setting that it's replacing, so I'm happy as long as it has a decent longevity which is still TBD. But for the money I'm super happy for now, anyway

The Vornado VFAN Mini Classic is stylish, compact, and well-built with its metal construction and classic design. The two-speed settings give flexibility, and the adjustable tilt lets me point the airflow just where I want it. It’s perfect for desk or bedside use, and the targeted “vortex” airflow circulates air well in a small space. Sometimes it doesn’t seem to blow much at first, but then it switches speeds and works fine. Overall, a very good personal fan with a vintage look and solid performance.

I bought this for my bedroom, but didn't like the sound. My son loves the sound and has it on a table next to his bed. He has taken this in his suitcase everywhere we travel. It is cute, sturdy, and gives a great breeze.

Loved the vintage look of this nifty compact Vornado Vfan Mini back in 2022 when I bought it. It has been idle more than a year, but today I re-discovered its efficient design and effectiveness: what a great buy!!!!!! The blades and interior were dusty with the accumulation of fluff & stuff that I need to avoid because of severe allergic reactions to airborne triggers. My mini Vfan needed a cleaning… read some forums and finally found the manual online. Huzzah! and I read, then carefully followed directions to remove front grill and fan blade assembly. Verdict: easy peasy if you’re at all handy and all horse crazy kids get very handy and learn to use tools… but really easy, all things considered. One flat head screwdriver to release three tabs of the front grill — and replace grill when you’re finished - no screws at all. Entire plastic fan assembly pulls off. A brief but enlightening learning curve, mostly dry paper towel to remove the fuzzies and Shazam! Very easy to accomplish with the manual… Now for those out there who simply refuse to read directions or get familiar with a gadget or appliance: NOTE: This fan has two speeds: gentle and brisk. Both are quiet. The Vfan Mini is efficient and best suited to use on nightstand or desk or chest of drawers. It works best in a normal room - for high-ceilinged large rooms,invest in a bigger Vornado. You don’t use a kiddy car when tou need a bigger vehicle so don’t expect this wonderfully constructed and designed mini fan to produce the blast of a big Vornado. Just please start reading the directions - there’s a review that says the speed isn’t strong enough — because the goober-brain didn’t bother to read manual and get familiar with the controls. Two speeds, folks, gentle and brisk… Stay cool!

I owned two beautiful Vornado fans back in the States, I was excited to find this... however this fan came in a damaged box (looks like it was returned previously. Upon opening it, it doesn't even look like Vornado... I plugged it in to try it and it is sounds like the motor is broken and within seconds I can smell burning wire that filled my entire living room. Horribly dissapointing.

El ventilador es tal cual aparece en las imágenes. Tiene ese diseño clásico que me recuerda mucho a los ventiladores que veía antes en Mixup, y desde hace tiempo quería uno así. Se siente bien construido y con buenos materiales. Funciona muy bien: trae dos velocidades y ambas tienen buena potencia, suficiente para refrescar una habitación pequeña o un escritorio sin problema. Además, el estilo retro lo hace ver muy bien como parte de la decoración. En general, estoy muy satisfecho con la compra. Combina diseño, funcionalidad y buena calidad.

I am so happy with this little fan! I currently work from home where I have no AC. I debated between buying something cheap and effective but made of plastic, or buying this more expensive but all metal and beautiful fan. I do not regret my choice! It enhances the decor rather than being a 'necessary evil'. And it works great even if it is quite small. There are two fan settings, and most days I put it at the lowest level which is completely silent and enough to cool me off from close by. The highest level makes a small buzzing noise but it doesn't bother me at all. Overall it feels like great quality that should last a long time.

Had to return 2 of these now. The first worked for around 15 minutes before dying and the second one didn't work at all. Yes they look nice but a lack of reliability lets these down badly.

I'm quite impressed by this little fan, it is sturdy and quiet. I use it on the nightstand beside my bed, it helps with my hot flashes lol. I also like the white noise. It only has 2 settings, but that's enough for me. It also looks classy - I bought the cream colour, it fits in with my room decor. Overall I'm quite pleased so far.
