Q: My last one had a release and empty valve and this one doesn't. How do you empty it when the temperatures dip to freezing or below?

The hose attaches at the bottom of the shower. That’s where you unplug it and it will drain. It’s pretty easy. You’ll love this shower. Also, it takes a few minutes to initially prep it. Once it’s filled and ran for a few minutes, it works like a champ.
